About Me

My name is Anahita Ejtehadi, and I’m an artist whose work is shaped by a bit of a winding path through different cultures and careers. I was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1992.
For a while, my life was headed in a very different direction. I actually earned my nursing degree in Kuala Lumpur in 2016 and started out in healthcare. But painting has been a love of mine since I was a teenager, and eventually, that pull became too strong to ignore. I decided to pivot and fully embrace this new creative journey.
Since 2019, I’ve been focused on really honing my craft, training with professional instructors and experimenting with various techniques. Recently, I’ve dove deep into oil painting, which has been amazing for expanding my repertoire and helping me find my own distinct style.
I’m currently based in Hamburg, Germany, where I’m busy preparing collections for my first exhibitions. My art is deeply personal; it’s how I process the emotional and cultural nuances of the experiences I've had. I’m dedicated to merging technical skill with genuine personal expression as I continue to evolve as an artist.
