The Silence of Stillness
In the series, the artist explores the deep loneliness that came with moving to Germany. Cut off from familiar faces and places, they began to find a strange kind of companionship in the everyday objects that quietly filled their time.
Simple things like vegetables, food ingredients, and common household items became silent witnesses to this isolation. By photographing these ordinary subjects, the artist transforms them into intimate markers of daily routine and emotional survival.
